Why You Should Hire an Interior Designer

Buffalo is a city of OLD houses. It's not easy to find a move-in ready home. As a result, many first-time buyers look for homes that may check some of their boxes - location, size, backyard, architectural style, etc. - but still need some major renovations. 

Renovating a home can be an extremely stressful experience - it can feel like you're making a hundred little decisions a day, and like you are hemorrhaging money. You might have to live without a kitchen for a couple months, or find yourself having to take showers at your parents' house (been there). There is, however, one way to sharply reduce the stress of a home renovation, and even save some money in the process: Hire an interior designer. 

I sat down with Buffalo designer extraordinaire Raelyn Woltz, owner of West End Interiors, to talk about home decor, how to save yourself some headaches during a renovation, and where to start updating your home if you're on a limited budget. Check out the video below.
